*Online participants will only be entitled to listen, comment and ask questions to presentations, without the possibility to present or participate in workshops.
Conference fee (for in-person delegates) includes:
- Entry to the conference plenaries, presentations and poster sessions
- Daily catering (coffee breaks and lunches)
- Strict reserve excursion
- Banquet – bonfire
- Welcome package
Payment details
Participation in the conference will not be confirmed until full payment has been made. Payment should be made by bank transfer. We will send an e-mail confirming that we received the payment within a few days of its being recorded.

Invoice
To receive an invoice, please indicate accordingly in the registration form and provide the necessary details there. The invoice will be sent after the payment has been registered. The invoice will be sent as a PDF file to the e-mail address provided during registration from Evenea system.
Cancellation
Participants may cancel their participation to the conference no later than 15 August 2026. Refunds for cancellation will be subject to an administrative fee of €10.
No refunds will be issued after 15 August 2026. Substitutions of attendees may be made at any time without an additional charge, please let us know of the substitution.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered delegates as pdf, after the conference.
