Travel to the conference
Poland is easiest reachable by plane or train and the main hub, both for aeroplane and train connections, is located in Warsaw (approximately 240 km away from Białowieża). Białowieża village is located on the eastern border of Poland. The closest large city in the vicinity is Białystok (80 km away from Białowieża), and the closest town is Hajnówka (20 km away). Hajnówka is reachable by train and bus, and will probably serve as a final transfer point before reaching Białowieża itself.
